International education systems
Training provider compliance (Portugal & UK context)
Institutional operations and quality proceduresThis role is ideal for candidates seeking internationalpractical experience in education management, administration, or compliancewithin an international setting.Key ResponsibilitiesUnder direct supervision, the intern will assist with:Administrative coordination and documentation
Supporting preparation of training and quality procedures
Organising internal records and files
Assisting with operational and compliance-related research
Supporting Portuguese-language administrative tasks
General operations support for an education instituteLearning OutcomesBy the end of the internship, the intern will have gained experience in:Education and training provider operations
Institutional documentation and quality processes
Working within an international, English-speaking organisation
Understanding professional training frameworks in the UK and Portugal
Office and operations management in an education contextCandidate ProfileWe welcome applications from:Final-year undergraduate students
