Internship Purpose

The intern will support
education operations and administrative processes
, with exposure to:

  • International education systems
  • Training provider compliance (Portugal & UK context)
  • Institutional operations and quality procedures

This role is ideal for candidates seeking international
practical experience in education management, administration, or compliance
within an international setting.

Key Responsibilities

Under direct supervision, the intern will assist with:

  • Administrative coordination and documentation
  • Supporting preparation of training and quality procedures
  • Organising internal records and files
  • Assisting with operational and compliance-related research
  • Supporting Portuguese-language administrative tasks
  • General operations support for an education institute

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the internship, the intern will have gained experience in:

  • Education and training provider operations
  • Institutional documentation and quality processes
  • Working within an international, English-speaking organisation
  • Understanding professional training frameworks in the UK and Portugal
  • Office and operations management in an education context

Candidate Profile
