Technical Program Manager, FinTech - Engineering PMO
Cloudflare has embarked on a transformation of our entire quote to cash process. We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Technical Program Manager to work with leads to transform FinTech portfolio of projects.
Your main responsibility will be to work cross functionally across Product, Engineering, Design, Revenue Ops, Finance, BI, external vendors, and more to plan and execute on the overall strategy.
Major Areas Of Responsibilities
- Organize & Manage Initiatives driven by FinTech Leadership
- Support Engineering Planning Cycles
- Understand technical requirements of products in the Opportunity to Cash lifecycle
- Effectively balance risk and achieve business objectives
- Obtain clear requirements, plans, and decisions to proactively tackle critical gaps and mitigate risk
Desirable Skills And Knowledge
- BS+ in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in technical program management and a desire for continuous improvement
- Can create realistic project plans, managing dependencies, and overseeing execution to meet commitments and deliver with predictability
- Excellent oral and written communication. Ability to read the room
- Experience working with multiple time zones and multiple cross functional teams
