Business Analyst – Financial Markets

We are looking for a Business Analyst with solid experience in financial markets, with a focus on equities, bonds, derivatives, FX, and related instruments. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work with technical and business teams, and a clear understanding of market data, trading processes, and financial products.

What we need

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial markets.
- Knowledge of equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, and market workflows.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Experience working with development teams and supporting end-to-end project cycles.
- Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with SQL (nice to have, depending on the setup).
- Strong communication skills in English.

Working model

Hybrid format: minimum 8 days per month in the office, with 1 mandatory on-site day per week. Availability to travel to Porto once per month.

Until the office officially opens, work will be fully remote.
