BlueCrow Capital is an independent asset manager, with a track record of building value across three main areas: Venture Capital, Private Equity and Capital Markets. We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Professional to join our Capital Markets Team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the investment industry and to contribute to a dynamic, growing company.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive macroeconomic and industry-specific research across global financial markets.
- Execute detailed company research, due diligence, financial modelling, and valuation analysis to recommend and support investment decisions.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations, financial reports, and investment memos.
- Help monitor portfolio companies by collecting performance data and preparing regular monitoring materials.
- Support the construction, implementation, and continuous monitoring of clients’ investment portfolios.

Qualifications

- Deep interest in financial markets, portfolio construction, and macroeconomic dynamics.
- Fundamental, long-term investment philosophy grounded in a disciplined, process-driven approach.
- Outstanding academic record in Finance, Economics, Management, or related discipline.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with solid foundations in financial analysis and attention to detail.
- Proactive, curious, and reliable team player with work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Portuguese is a must).
- CFA certification and relevant experience in finance roles will be valued.
