We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Professional to join our Capital Markets Team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the investment industry and to contribute to a dynamic, growing company. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive macroeconomic and industry-specific research across global financial markets. Execute detailed company research, due diligence, financial modelling, and valuation analysis to recommend and support investment decisions. Contribute to the preparation of presentations, financial reports, and investment memos. Help monitor portfolio companies by collecting performance data and preparing regular monitoring materials. Support the construction, implementation, and continuous monitoring of clients' investment portfolios. Qualifications Deep interest in financial markets, portfolio construction, and macroeconomic dynamics. Fundamental, long-term investment philosophy grounded in a disciplined, process-driven approach. Outstanding academic record in Finance, Economics, Management, or related discipline. Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with solid foundations in financial analysis and attention to detail. Proactive, curious, and reliable team player with work ethic and willingness to learn. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Portuguese is a must).
