Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken
- C1 level English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to support multiple markets simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage stress and handle disputes or emergencies
- Active listening and empathy when resolving customer issues
- Ability to retain and manage large amounts of information Experience in healthcare, technical support, or knowledge of diabetes/medical devices is a plus.
Benefits:
€4,000 Welcome Bonus for Dutch speakers, paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year €7.63 food allowance per working day Shared accommodation available for up to 12 months for candidates relocating from outside Portugal
