YOUR ROLE

As a Business Revenue Account Manager, you will:

- Monitor and control daily billing and invoicing processes across markets, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures.

- Validate controls and documentation, including monthly checks and incident follow-ups.

- Prepare audit files and support internal/external audits.

- Propose and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

- Ensure timely delivery of invoices, reports, and responses to queries, escalating issues when needed.

- Manage email and phone communications, providing regular feedback on pending matters.

- Collaborate with the team, share knowledge, and support transformation initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

- Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business Management (or related fields).

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is mandatory).

- Advanced English and French (spoken and written).

- Excellent soft skills, adaptability, autonomy, and organizational abilities.
