About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Order-to-Cash Specialist to join a medical devices project supporting diabetes-related products. The role focuses on managing end-to-end OTC processes, ensuring smooth order management, accurate documentation, and high-quality customer support within a 24/7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full order-to-cash cycle, including order entry, validation, invoicing, and documentation.

- Communicate with German-speaking partners, distributors, and internal teams.

- Ensure compliance with medical device handling procedures and internal guidelines.

- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, and billing queries.

- Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the OTC team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and service performance.

- Work effectively in a 24/7 shift environment.

Requirements

- German C1/C2 proficiency (mandatory).

- English B2 level for internal communication.

- Previous experience in Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Finance, or Customer Service.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Comfortable working with ERP systems and digital tools.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Availability to work 24/7 rotational shifts.

- Ability to work on-site in Porto.

Working Conditions

- On-site role in Porto.

- 24/7 rotational schedule with two days off per week.

- Permanent contract with health insurance from day 1.

Compensation

- Base salary: 1,500

- Language bonus: 300

- Meal allowance included
