About You
- You have 2+ years of relevant experience in a paid marketing, growth or demand-generation role, with a track record of achieving business objectives and improving performance.
- Revenue is your north-star metric: you're focused on driving new experiments and optimising the current ones to maintain fast growth.
- You're a native Portuguese and fluent in English.
- Moving fast and hacking, translates into trying, failing, testing, and debugging our experiments while - most importantly - shipping fast.
- You are constantly on the lookout for a first-mover advantage on a channel, tactic, hack or growth opportunity that could drive new business. Innovation
- You'll readily switch from analytics to get an answer to a hunch, to A/B testing copy and boost product features, to brainstorming new growth ideas.
- You have a growth mindset with a test & learn approach to deliver strong results and fast insights.
- You have a deep love for data-driven decisions with experience in running split tests, optimising funnels, and developing metrics.
- This role demands a proactive and hands-on approach—ideal for people who thrive on independently driving initiatives from conception to execution. The Role
On a typical day, you will...
- Build a robust optimisation and testing framework to improve campaign performance in terms of the key performance Indicators.
- Design, create and implement strategies for lead acquisition using different channels, directly aligned with the business plan and team target.
- Use available data to keep on improving the current acquisition and qualification machine, from top to bottom of the funnel.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase our website and landing pages conversion rate through A/B testing.
- Launch, monitor, and analyse all your performance marketing experiments to keep on generating new ideas always based on data.
- Develop and implement multi-layer ABM campaigns using the tech stack at your disposal.
- Design, create, and implement new lifecycle marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Support weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals, and other KPIs.
- Contribute to multiple channels' growth like Outbound and Inbound, while overseeing end-to-end collaborative experiments.
- Create, reshape, and improve the lifecycle marketing strategies for a better business impact.

Salary Range
Our offers are based on the annual salary cost for the company. For this position, we have a budget of 43.000€ to 55.000€, depending on experience. Translating to everyday language, it would be a total gross package of 35.000€ to 42.000€ (plus health insurance and other benefits).
