As a content moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of user-generated content, helping to create a seamless and engaging experience for millions. Your RoleAs a Content Moderator, you will be at the forefront of our digital community, ensuring that content aligns with our safety and quality standards. Your linguistic skills will be key in analyzing, reviewing, and moderating diverse content types in German and English. You will collaborate closely with our team to uphold the community guidelines while also providing feedback to improve our processes. Key Responsibilities Content Review: Evaluate and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines. Quality Assurance: Identify and escalate any content issues, providing actionable feedback to enhance user experience. Collaboration: Work closely with fellow moderators and team leads to share insights and improve moderation processes. Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings to discuss trends and propose enhancements to moderation practices. Who You Are Language Proficiency: You possess a native-level proficiency in German (C2) and a good command of English (B2). Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards in online content.
