** O Banco CTT pretende recrutar um(a)IT Arquitect especialista em ServiceNowpara integrar a Direção de Sistemas de Informação, em Lisboa.** PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES: Garantir o suporte funcional e técnico da plataforma ServiceNow; Gerir o ciclo de vida de licenciamento e subscrições da plataforma; Assegurar a governança da CMDB e a correta atribuição de ownership; Coordenar handovers e sessões de alinhamento com equipas internas e externas; Participar na definição e implementação de novos módulos e funcionalidades (ex: Digital Product Release, DevOps Change Velocity); Colaborar com equipas de segurança, infraestrutura e desenvolvimento para garantir a integridade e evolução da plataforma.
