Atendimento personalizado aos hóspedes; Gerir e responder a pedidos e reclamações; Fornecer informações e assistência; Promover serviços do hotel. O que procuramos? Experiência mínima de 1 anos na função, em hotelaria de 4/5 estrelas; Formação profissional em Hotelaria, Gestão Hoteleira, Turismo ou áreas relacionadas; Fluência em Inglês, sendo outras línguas adicionais uma vantagem; Excelentes capacidades de comunicação; Capacidade de solução de problemas; Orientação para o serviço de excelência.
