In your new role, you will be responsible for overseeing controlling, finance, tax, and compliance activities for the company's entities in Portugal and Spain. Major ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Develops budgets, forecasts, and financial models; Analyzes financial performance and provides strategic insights. Compiles for the legal entity the plan information coming from product lines and operations on P/L & BS. Reporting And Compliance MEC (Month End Close) Prepares accurate monthly financial statements and reports Ensures compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Internal Controls And Risk Management Implements and monitors internal control systems for SOX compliance Identifies financial risks and proposes mitigation strategies Cost Control And Efficiency Oversees cost management initiatives Identifies opportunities to improve financial efficiency and reduce waste. Cash Flow And Treasury Management Cash flow / treasury forecasting and banking relationships; Ensures optimal use of financial resources; Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable analysis.
