Job Summary ComparaJá.pt is looking for a highly analytical Product Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to contribute to the growth of our fintech platform, helping thousands of people save time and money. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your contributions will directly focus on analyzing website functionality, improving user experience, and achieving strategic business outcomes. As a Product Manager, you will be crucial for the strategy and optimization of our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align the product vision with user needs and company objectives. Your focus will be on ensuring the product is driving leverage (alavancar) by interpreting data, generating conversion reports, and guiding leadership decisions based on extracted insights . Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of product improvements aligned with business priorities and product strategy. Gather requirements from teams and meet with stakeholders to contribute to the definition and prioritization of new features. Manage the product backlog, including writing user stories and initiatives in collaboration with the team. Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to facilitate the implementation of platform updates. Analyze conversion reports and interpret website usage data and user feedback to understand the core problem and identify areas for product and UX optimization. Ensure the website (our final customer) is functional and understand how the product is leveraging the business. Suggest and execute enhancements to improve platform functionality and overall user experience, including the use of Storyblok. Assist in maintaining clear product documentation, including requirements and project timelines. Deliver actionable, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making by management. Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to help shape product evolution. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in an online business. Highly analytical profile and ability to work with SQL for data analysis and performance interpretation. Ability to define and manage product roadmaps that reflect strategic initiatives, vision, and objectives (OKRs). Strong attention to detail and ability to structure information clearly to define precise requirements, including requirements gathering. Skilled in building, analyzing, and interpreting conversion reports related to product performance and user behavior. Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned work. Experience designing and running A/B tests in collaboration with UX teams to validate user satisfaction. Experience with manual testing concepts to validate website functionality. Practical experience in application development and working within Scrum methodology. Solid knowledge of Excel and SQL. Familiarity with the following platforms is a plus: Notion, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Cloud BigQuery, Zapier, and Storyblok. Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and English. Preferably based in Lisbon or surrounding areas (hybrid work model).
