Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
Create unique and customized floral designs based on client requests
Source high-quality flowers and materials within budget
Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, wreaths, and other decorative pieces
Ensure timely delivery of orders to clients
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with general shop duties such as restocking inventory and managing supplies
Stay up-to-date with current trends in floral design
Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm ideas for new products or services
Requirements
Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role required
Proficient knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
Strong eye for design and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clientsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and long hours if needed
Salary: $1800 per month
Location: Porto, Portugal
We offer accommodation options for out-of-town employees. Visa sponsorship may also be provided for qualified candidates.
