Key Responsibilities
Design and create floral arrangements according to clients' preferences and budget
Source and select high-quality flowers, plants, and materials
Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock when needed
Ensure timely delivery of orders to clients
Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and offering professional recommendations
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new floral design techniques
Requirements
Previous experience as a Florist or Floral Designer preferred
Strong creativity and design skills with an eye for detail
Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Salary: Starting salary of 1500$ per month depending on experience.
Location: This position is based in Porto, Portugal.
Accommodation: This position does not provide accommodation. Candidates must be able to arrange their own housing in Porto.
Visa Sponsorship: We are willing to sponsor a visa for the right candidate if necessary.
