Senior Lead Pricing Operations

A Senior Lead Pricing Operations & Program Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience, ideally 4-8 years, within a SaaS/PaaS product company. Demonstrated expertise in operationalizing pricing strategies, from decision to implementation, documentation, and communication across all relevant internal stakeholders. Proven background as a Pricing Operations Manager, Revenue Operations Manager specialized in Pricing/CPQ, Program/Project Manager with SaaS pricing experience, or a Business Systems Analyst (CPQ/CRM) with a strong pricing focus. Extensive experience with CRM/CPQ workflows and tools, including mandatory proficiency with Salesforce CPQ. Solid experience in launching SKUs, managing price books, and implementing discount rules and pricing business logic. Strong project management skills to manage roadmaps, cadences, agendas, documentation, and follow-ups for complex pricing projects. Exceptional attention to detail for impeccable documentation, version control, audit trails, and process governance of pricing elements. Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables, dashboards). Fluency in pricing-related systems such as CRM, CPQ, billing tools, and project management platforms like Jira and Confluence. A deep understanding of SaaS/PaaS pricing fundamentals, SKUs, discount logic, and monetization models. Experience in driving continuous improvement, automation, and optimization initiatives for pricing workflows. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (Digital/IT, Product, Finance, Legal, Sales) to ensure seamless pricing launches and operational readiness. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to act as a primary contact for internal inquiries and to translate pricing rationale. Experience developing and validating business requirements for new SKUs and pricing rules, and tracking issues. This is a temporary project (maternity cover) until August 2026.
