As part of the Bolt Transfer Pricing (TP) team, the TP Senior Associate will help provide support in all matters related to this practice, ensuring full compliance with all local and internationally applicable rules. For that purpose, the Transfer Pricing Senior Associate will work closely together with the rest of the Tax Team as well as with the Finance Team, Commerce Team, Treasury Team, Legal Team, Internal Audit Team and other functions which are part of the CFO team.

The position can be based in any location where there is a Bolt entity and within CET timezone +/- 2 hours.

**Your daily adventures will include**:

- Help implement Bolt's global transfer pricing policies: support global transfer pricing projects from design to implementation in close collaboration with the Tax Team and business teams
- Assist in the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation and other compliance documentation together with the Transfer Pricing Manager and Senior Manager (TP team)
- Help with transfer pricing research related to expansion into new markets or different products in different countries, and ensure compliance with legislative changes
- Provide analysis for transfer pricing questions raised by Bolt teams: collecting and analyzing relevant data and information and providing appropriate recommendations
- Monitor global international tax/transfer pricing developments, analyze their impact and support the development of responses and strategies in collaboration with the TP team and Regional Tax Directors
- Provide support with the preparation, review and execution of inter-company agreements
- Help with the year-end close process, including providing guidance to accounting teams and drafting the required documentation
- Support transfer pricing controversies (tax audits/ litigation, APAs/ MAPs)
- Support M&A integration
- Be a productive member of a team of motivated tax professionals, work with external advisors, and collaborate with other teams within Bolt such as Finance, Commerce, Legal, Treasury, Internal Audit and other functions which are part of the CFO team, as well as our business teams.

**What we are looking for**:

- 3 - 4 years of transfer pricing experience including in a Big 4, multinational organization, or law firm
- Knowledge of EMEA transfer pricing regulations and OECD guidelines
- You are an analytical thinker who loves to solve problems
- Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems
- You are organized. You deliver stuff on time & handle stress well
- You are social. You can easily network with people of all backgrounds
- You are not afraid to challenge and question colleagues (regardless of level) in a constructive manner always with the best solution for Bolt at heart.
