We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist - Customer Service (m/w/d), located in Portugal, Porto.

How you will make a difference @ FARO

  • Respond to both internal and external customer inquiries related to the organization's hardware and software products.
  • Deliver service and support, basic guidance, troubleshooting, and solutions or answers as listed in the guidelines.
  • Liaison between technical repair and customer, providing details on quote and repair letters.
  • Manage incidents, product defects, software license, and case escalations.
  • Maintain detailed notes and documentation for each support incident and customer-related information in the ticketing system.
  • Closely cooperate with the other support level teams to ensure an excellent Customer Experience along the Support Chain.

This position requires

  • Strong service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, any other European language e.g., German, Italian are preferred. Spanish, French is a plus.
  • Commercial or technical education (apprenticeship).
  • Demonstrated work experience in a service-oriented organization.
