As a Technical Support Specialist at COFCO International, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This involves providing first- and second-level support to our global users, as well as troubleshooting network and PC/Server hardware issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support to internal end users, owning technical issues while interacting with technology towers and external vendors.
  2. Take ownership of user problems, following up on problem status and communicating progress in a timely manner.
  3. Support scoped technologies including Windows 10 Enterprise, Windows Server 2008/2012, Citrix XenApp, Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Suite and Azure.
  4. Problem solve Network, PC/Server hardware and OS issues.
  5. Deliver operational tasks on incident, request, problem and change.
  6. Monitor computer networks for security issues and collaborate with architecture and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards.
Requirements:
  • Microsoft 365 Services certification.
  • Windows 10 Enterprise administration certification.
  • Network incident troubleshooting.
  • Security Incident troubleshooting.
  • Industry standard desktop applications.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2008 / 2012.
  • PCs, laptops, printers and peripherals.
  • Strong team player with good problem-solving capabilities and ability to communicate in a high-pressure environment.
