We are looking for an Amazing: Salesforce Business Analyst Seniority : 3+ Type of position: Full Remote The amazing you, will have: Act as the primary bridge between business and Salesforce delivery teams , leading requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation; Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define business processes, pain points, and future-state Salesforce solutions; Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) solutions; Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria; Work closely with Salesforce Industries Architects, Developers, and Product Owners; Support the design and configuration of Vlocity/Industries components such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards; Contribute to Velocity-based process design and optimization; Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and UAT; Ensure solutions align with Salesforce Industries best practices and industry standards; Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle; Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities within Salesforce Industries; Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria; Collaborate closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure solutions align with business outcome; . Fluentwritten and spoken English; Support change management, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
