KNOWLEDGE-REPORTING SPECIALIST (m/f/d) Our partner is a global leading provider in its field of operations within the Healthcare sector, and we are currently looking for a Knowledge-Reporting Specialist. What you will be doing: Knowledge Base Management Develop and maintain a global knowledge management system, ensuring functionality and validation. Create and update articles when necessary. Ensure that the Knowledge Management Governance Model is in place and followed. Designing and distributing Knowledge newsletters highlighting new or updated articles. Responding to user queries for the Knowledge needs. Ensure user engagement with Knowledge Management tools. Analysing user statistics on existing knowledge sharing and learning management systems ensure the continuous improvement of user engagement and learning. Monitoring the implementation of Artificial Intelligence tools Reporting Management Create and refine operational reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the defined objectives. Ensure all necessary comments in reports to allow a quick view on the main conclusions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary data and insights for accurate reporting. Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations and incorporate feedback into reports. Implement and follow up actions with stakeholders to optimize department performance. Who you are: At least C1 level of English language, both oral and written. Fluent in German is a plus. Confluence and Service Now knowledge is a plus. Accurate, efficient, and respectful communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and attention to detail User knowledge of Management systems Ability to analyse results Proficient in working in a virtual environment, collaborating with global teams Problem-solving and critical thinking skills. A resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations. Strong working knowledge of external systems, PC based internet and software applications (e.g. internet, Microsoft Office, Google environment). What you will find: Remote work, but you will have to travel to Basel (Switzerland) once a month (2/3 days). Be part of a dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere.
