We are looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about designing scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions and guiding teams through complex digital transformations, this is your opportunity to shine Your Mission Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned with business goals and technical best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into robust Salesforce solutions. Define system architecture, data models, and integration strategies. Guide development teams in implementing scalable and maintainable Salesforce configurations. Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with industry standards. Lead solution reviews, provide technical mentorship, and ensure architectural consistency across projects. Stay current with Salesforce innovations and recommend enhancements to improve business outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar senior technical role. Deep knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) and platform capabilities. Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party systems. Strong communication skills in English and good level of French. Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. A strategic mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are highly valued. Additional Information Job Location and Residency Requirements: This position is based in Portugal. Applicants must meet residency or eligibility criteria to work within the country (example: a residence permit or work visa). Proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
