We are looking for a Salesforce Salesforce Solution Architect a hybrid project in Lisbon. Key Responsibilities: Design and document scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and Commerce Clouds. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and solution roadmaps. Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements. Lead technical workshops and provide guidance to development teams on implementation strategies. Define integration patterns and oversee integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, billing platforms). Create and maintain architecture diagrams, data models, and technical documentation. Support pre-sales activities by providing solution design input and technical expertise. Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards to ensure quality and maintainability. Monitor solution performance and recommend optimizations for scalability and efficiency. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred. 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years in a solution architect role. Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and multi-cloud architecture. Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware solutions. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git). Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect highly desirable.
