Program Manager This is your mission Are you passionate about operational excellence and IT reliability? Then this position is for you. AsProgram Manager – IT Stability & Resilience, you will be responsible for leading the IT Stability & Resilience Program across Application Support, driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and incident reduction across critical production environments. Build side: Define and manage the global IT Stability Program roadmap aligned with Production Excellence goals. Establish governance for tracking, prioritizing, and reporting initiatives across APS domains (Markets, Securities, MFS, etc.). Chair Steering Committees and ensure timely decisions with stakeholder alignment. Promote accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration across teams. Lead change management activities to ensure adoption of new tools, processes, and behaviors. Run side: Drive initiatives focused on incident reduction, capacity, performance, and monitoring improvements. Coordinate implementation of stability frameworks (SRE, ITIL4, FinOps, Service Quality Index). Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to strengthen observability, monitoring, and automation (e.g., Dynatrace, Ansible, ServiceNow, Elastic). Define and track KPIs and OKRs such as MTTR, MTTD, SLA adherence, and recurring incident reduction. Conduct post-incident reviews and ensure systemic remediation is implemented. This is your background You have at least +8 years of experience in IT Production / Application Support, with at least3 years in program or project management roles.
