Program Manager

This is your mission

Are you passionate about operational excellence and IT reliability? Then this position is for you.

As Program Manager – IT Stability & Resilience, you will be responsible for leading the IT Stability & Resilience Program across Application Support, driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and incident reduction across critical production environments.

Build side:

• Define and manage the global IT Stability Program roadmap aligned with Production Excellence goals.
• Establish governance for tracking, prioritizing, and reporting initiatives across APS domains (Markets, Securities, MFS, etc.).
• Chair Steering Committees and ensure timely decisions with stakeholder alignment.
• Promote accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration across teams.
• Lead change management activities to ensure adoption of new tools, processes, and behaviors.

Run side:

• Drive initiatives focused on incident reduction, capacity, performance, and monitoring improvements.
• Coordinate implementation of stability frameworks (SRE, ITIL4, FinOps, Service Quality Index).
• Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to strengthen observability, monitoring, and automation (e.g., Dynatrace, Ansible, ServiceNow, Elastic).
• Define and track KPIs and OKRs such as MTTR, MTTD, SLA adherence, and recurring incident reduction.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and ensure systemic remediation is implemented.

This is your background

You have at least +8 years of experience in IT Production / Application Support, with at least 3 years in program or project management roles. You enjoy driving operational excellence and improving IT stability and are constantly innovating.
