Building on their strong foundation in policy development, performance monitoring, and resource management, they will focus on fostering a culture of accountability and innovation across project teams. This involves enhancing collaboration between business and IT functions, aligning project outcomes even more closely with organizational strategy, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize portfolio performance and ensure sustainable value creation.What you'll be doing: Oversee the IT Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure successful project delivery.Develop and enforce project management policies and procedures.Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.Provide guidance and support to project managers.Manage the IT PMO budget and resources.Report on PMO performance to senior management.You're a matchCertifications Requirements:Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent required.Education Requirements:Engineer degree in Information Technology or equivalentWork Experience Requirements: 3 + years of experience in IT project management.
