Key Responsibilities: Source and attract Dutch-speaking candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies. Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing support throughout the recruitment process.
