In partnership with David Kennedy Recruitment we have partnered with a multinational BPO company that specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned brands. Together, we're looking for a recruiter to join the team in Lisbon/Braga.

Work model: Hybrid or on-site with training fully on-site

Remuneration model: Base salary + bonus

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with different departments and managers to identify staffing needs
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new employees
- Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least near-native proficiency in Dutch/Flemish/German/French (written and spoken) and B2 level of English
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven work experience in recruitment, familiarity with hiring profiles, assessments, interviews, and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong organizational, communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Experience with sourcing techniques (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and
ongoing follow-up) and understanding of referral programs is a plus
