We are looking for adynamic and driven Technical Sales Engineerto join our growing team. In this role, you'll blend technical expertise with strong commercial acumen to identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive business growth. You'll work closely with clients and partners, delivering impactful technical presentations and ensuring the successful implementation of our products and solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across the Oporto region and Galicia. Define and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Serve as a trusted technical advisor, understanding client challenges and offering optimal solutions. Deliver engaging technical presentations, product demos, and training sessions to clients and partners. Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and documentation. Address customer inquiries and resolve technical concerns throughout the sales cycle. Support clients with post-sales follow-up and troubleshooting to ensure smooth implementation and satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Proven track record intechnical sales, ideally in an engineering solutions environment. Degree studies inTelecommunication Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and product documentation. Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Spanish language knowledge is a plus. Other Requirements Willingness to travel (up to70%) to client sites, trade shows, and conferences. Comfortable with a hybrid work model (home, office, and field-based). Why Join Us?
