To learn more visit alti- Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Fund Operations Manager to oversee and support the operations of a fast-growing alternatives platform for wealth clients, developed in partnership with Allianz. The platform includes ICAVs, ELTIFs, and other alternative fund structures. The role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, establishing new funds, and coordinating with service providers (AIFMs, administrators, custodians, platform operator, and others). The successful candidate will bring strong experience in private markets operations and EU fund structures, and will play a central role in supporting the platform's next phase of growth across product launches, investor servicing, and regulatory oversight. Key Responsibilities: Fund & Product Setup:Oversee the establishment of new fund structures (ICAV sub-funds, ELTIFs, and future vehicles), coordinating with the AIFM, legal counsel, and platform operator. Manage documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Service Provider Oversight:Act as primary liaison with administrators, custodians, and the platform operator, ensuring robust processes, timely reporting, and continuous platform enhancement. Investor & Client Servicing:Manage investor subscriptions, redemptions, and reporting processes, ensuring seamless execution and a high-quality client experience. Underlying Fund Transactions:Coordinate subscriptions, redemptions, and liquidity management with underlying fund managers, ensuring timely execution and accurate reconciliation. NAV & Reporting Oversight:Collect, validate, and reconcile data from underlying managers, oversee NAV calculations and investor reporting in partnership with administrators and the platform operator. Regulatory & Compliance Support:Ensure compliance with AIFMD, ELTIF 2.0, SFDR, and other relevant regulations. Support AIFM due diligence requests, DDQs, annual reviews, and marketing material approvals. Finance & Audit Coordination:Collaborate with finance and accounting teams on fund audits, annual accounts, and other financial operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–10 years of experience in fund operations, with knowledge of ICAVs, ELTIFs, or other EU alternative fund structures. Proven ability to manage third-party service providers (AIFMs, administrators, custodians). Strong understanding of private equity, private debt, and hedge fund structures, and operational lifecycle management. Experience overseeing NAV processes, reconciliations, and investor reporting. Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
