Don't stop reading, the best part's coming up Role: Senior Coordinator Type: Individual Contributor Languages: English (main) / Portuguese (required) / Polish, Spanish or French (nice-to-have) Location: Porto Contract Type: Permanent With who will you work with: Rui Silva ), Diogo Pereira ) How You'll Shape Our Story: Core Responsibilities Design and implement the spare parts warehouse project from scratch. Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including stock control, replenishment of Field Engineers' inventories, and returns to suppliers Define and document workflows, processes, and best practices for spare parts handling and logistics Ensure timely availability of spare parts in the field to improve First Time Resolution (FTR) Process Development & Optimization   Collaborate with Central Warehouse, Operations, and Field teams to optimize stock management and replenishment processes  Establish standardized procedures for spare parts handling, storage, and returns Continuously improve warehouse operations, tools, and quality standards to reduce costs and increase efficiency Technical Expertise   Select and define appropriate warehouse tools, equipment, and systems for spare parts management Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability for field teams Support reporting, documentation, and analysis of spare parts usage and supplier interactions This Is About You, Not Us : Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse management, spare parts logistics, or related operations  Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock replenishment, and supplier management Experience in designing and implementing logistics workflows and operational processes Ability to work cross-functionally with operational, field, and technical teams Strong organizational, documentation, and process optimization skills The Kind of Energy We're Looking For: We're not into titles, egos, or corporate buzzwords.
