You will be responsible to: The IT Data & Analytics Manager is responsible for defining and executing the data analytics strategy at Hovione. This role leads a team of data professionals and oversees the development and implementation of data platforms, analytics tools, and AI-driven solutions to support business decision-making and digital transformation. Leadership & Strategy Define and execute the data analytics roadmap aligned with business goals. Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact data initiatives. Data Analytics & AI Enablement Oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and predictive models. Drive the adoption of advanced analytics and AI to optimize business processes. Ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility across domains. Governance & Compliance Establish and maintain data governance frameworks. Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and internal policies. Project & Change Management Lead large-scale data platform implementations and integrations. Manage change initiatives and stakeholder engagement. Vendor & Budget Oversight Manage relationships with software vendors and analytics partners. Develop and oversee the IT budget for data initiatives. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using AI. Stay current with emerging technologies in data science and enterprise systems. People Management Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team. Align team objectives with Hovione's strategic goals and values. We are looking to recruit a Candidate: Education & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 7+ years in IT leadership roles, with 3+ years focused on data and analytics. Proven experience managing global data and AI/ML platforms. Technical Skills Expertise in data analytics and BI tools (e.g., AWS Quicksight). Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and Compliance. Experience with cloud-based enterprise solutions and modern data architectures. Soft Skills Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management. Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
