What you will be doing:
- Supporting Turkish speaking content creators through multiple communication channels (phone or email).
- Providing support to content creators in both Turkish and English.
- Providing pre and post-sales support for all self-service products.
- Providing product and tool support to improve client experience.
- Identifying trends and solving problems facing multiple SMB clients.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Turkish (must be C2).
- Communicative level of English (B2).
- Portuguese residency (work permit) for Portugal.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
What we offer:
- RELOCATION package for candidates from abroad.
- Work remotely in the Lisbon area.
- Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal).
- Private health insurance after contract signature (in addition to the standard insurance).
FOR INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES:
- Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal.
- Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months of successful integration.
