YOUR MISSIONManage all operations related to activities carried out at sea infrastructures, in coordination with the onshore teams. WHAT YOU WILL DO Implement the company's production strategy, ensuring monthly targets are met and all activities comply with legal, safety, environmental, and food safety standards (including HACCP, SST, and professional diving). Oversee the planning and execution of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for sea teams, including the management of juvenile entries, feeding plans, fishing activities, and coordination with the packing unit. Ensure accurate data entry and archiving in production management systems, maintain up-to-date inventories, and oversee preventive maintenance of all equipment and materials. Produce regular production reports, support continuous improvement, and guarantee the application of animal welfare and best aquaculture practices. Lead, manage, and develop the sea operations team, ensuring effective communication and alignment with the company's Integrated Management Policy. YOUR PROFILE Degree or Master's degree in Biology, Marine Biology, Sea Sciences, Aquaculture or other related fields; Minimum of 3 years' experience in operations within aquaculture, including fish feeding, production planning, and supervision or management roles; Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000); Experience in team leadership and people management; Fluency in English (Spanish and/or Arabic are a plus).
