Scope of Services / Deliverables Service Delivery Location - SAP Portugal Office Onsite Support.WFH policy applied as per location Skills We are currently seeking a Nexthink Administrator.The Nexthink Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the Nexthink platform. This role plays a critical part in enhancing IT operations through proactive issue detection, user experience analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives based on Nexthink insights.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain the Nexthink platform including Collector deployment, Portal configuration, and Portal managementDevelop and deploy Nexthink campaigns, remote actions, workflows, checklists, investigations, and dashboardsMonitor digital experience metrics and proactively identify issues or performance trendsCollaborate with stakeholders to resolve end-user problems using Nexthink dataCreate custom dashboards and reports for different IT and business stakeholdersManage user access, roles, and permissions within NexthinkWork with vendors and internal teams during Nexthink upgrades, patches, and new feature deploymentsStay current with product developments and Nexthink community best practiceRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in IT operations, desktop support, or end-user experience platforms2+ years of hands-on Nexthink administration experienceStrong understanding of Windows OS, endpoint management, and IT service deliveryExperience creating and managing Nexthink campaigns, workflows, checklists, dashboards, and investigationsProficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, javascript, bash) for remote actions and automationExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) and endpoint tools (e.g.,Jamf , Intune)Preferred QualificationsNexthink Certified Associate or higherExperience integrating Nexthink with monitoring or analytics platforms (e.g., Splunk, Power BI)Familiarity with digital experience scoring, employee sentiment analysis, or self-healing automationPrior experience in large enterprise environments Work delivery location (Country) Portugal | PT Work delivery location (City) Lisbon
