A Claire Joster encontra-se a recrutar para um prestigiado cliente no setor do retalho, que pretende reforçar a sua estrutura com a integração de um/uma Payroll Manager. Função: Garantir a realização do processamento salarial a nível nacional, garantindo o cumprimento das obrigações legais e fiscais; Assegurar o seguimento dos horários, de férias, e absentismo, coordenando a informação junto das lojas, garantindo todos os inputs necessários para o processamento salarial; Responsável pela gestão administrativa de Recursos Humanos, garantindo a satisfação do cliente interno; Assegurar os temas da gestão administrativa de Recursos Humanos, em situações de abertura e transformação de loja; Apoiar e desenvolver novos projetos, procedimentos e ferramentas de trabalho; Responsável por esclarecer dúvidas em relação a temas de gestão administrativa de Recursos Humanos, de Direito Laboral e de processamento salarial às equipas de Direção de Loja e Gestores Operacionais de Recursos Humanos. Requisitos: Experiência em processamento salarial e gestão administrativa de RH no mínimo de 3/4 anos; Habilitações Literárias ao nível de Licenciatura (preferencial RH, Psicologia ou Gestão); Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipa e forte orientação ao cliente interno; Capacidade de resistência ao stress; Capacidade de organização, sentido de responsabilidade e rigor; Espírito de iniciativa e proatividade; Boas competências de comunicação e influência e sentido crítico; Bons conhecimentos de ferramentas Microsoft Office.
