About the Role

Collaborate with different Ricoh Portugal departments (sales, finance, SOP, technical) to develop and manage the company's operations management system - from approving operations in accordance with group policy and commercial objectives to analyzing their execution. Developing and managing processes, systems, reports, analyses and sales strategies to meet the organization's global objectives and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate in the strategic planning of Ricoh group sales in Portugal. Provide, through data analysis and metrics, relevant information to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of sales operations. Optimize and enhance existing processes and tools to increase productivity – will be part of the coordination team for the development of management tools and the creation of interfaces between them in order to optimize business control and management. Support the financial and sales leadership in the development of forecastings Based on technical expertise (IT integrator) and group policy, provide support in designing operations to maximize contribution.

Coordinate and ensure the validation and approval processes for operations within the limits imposed by the commercial and financial policy and in accordance with his analysis of financial and/or technical risks - analytical critique of the operation Rebates management and support in procurement process. Optimize the system for monitoring the execution of operations (managing the risk of deviations in deadlines and resources in the operation) and take part in analyzing the closing of the operation. Optimizing the management and control system for recurring sales (different types of contracts) Optimizing, with the support of the different teams, the pipeline, backlog and bookings control and reporting system Requirements: University education.

Experience

in Operations roles, preferably in the technology sector (experience in the technology market, specifically in the IT infrastructure solutions area in a technology company, is necessary).

Experience

as a project manager and/or service manager in a technology company is valued Proficiency in English (knowledge of Spanish is a plus).
