Cyber Security Software Engineer

Job DescriptionPart of Strategy & Technology, Group Security is Nokia's central knowledge center responsible for Nokia's cyber security policies and standards, the cyber security architecture and roadmap, and the monitoring, alerting of security incidents. We partner with the Nokia Business Groups and Central Functions on product security, customer security, and interact with governments on security regulations. Together we take care of Nokia's security culture, processes, systems, products and services to position Nokia as a trusted partner for the 5G era and beyond. For this position you'll be part of Business Security team. Business Security drives Nokia-wide security initiatives for business environments. It includes among others the protection of critical company data and secure engagements with 3rd parties. Business Security partners with business stakeholders to understand and assess business security risks and to develop strategies to mitigate these risks. As a Cyber Security Software Engineer, you work closely with the business stakeholders to design and build methods to enhance their security posture, mainly in the area of R&D lab security. How You Will Contribute And What You Will LearnYou enjoy working on a wide variety of security solutions and technology stacks. As part of our team, you will: Integrate data from various available data sources to provide centralized reporting Implement and operate scalable software solutions in line with the needs of the different business teams across Nokia Design and build proof of concept prototype solutions Key Skills And ExperienceYou have: Proficiency in Python and Bash Experience with both SQL and/or noSQL database technologies, in particular MySQL and MongoDB Minimal a Master degree in a relevant field High proficiency in English, both written and spoken It would be nice if you also had: Experience in visualizing data for end-users and management to aid in tracking and decision-making processes Experience with managing development and production infrastructure, including monitoring Demonstrated ability to take a project or significant feature from concept to launch Strong and creative problem-solving abilities Ability to convey technical security concepts to non-technical audience About UsCome create the technology that helps the world act togetherNokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks.
