Together, we build technology to transform the everyday Your mission will be… In this role, you will play a critical part in making sure that the cybersecurity of delivered substation automation systems by Siemens meets required standards, industry regulations, and best practices. Lead the cybersecurity assessments, design, implementation, and validation of substation automations projects. Ensure compliance with 62443 and relevant regulatory requirements for Critical Infrastructure. Develop and maintain cybersecurity plans, threat models, risk assessments, and vulnerability assessments tailored to power energy environment. Conduct security reviews and gap analyses of substation automation systems and network architecture. Work closely with customers, design engineers, commissioning and operations teams to implement secure system configurations and mitigate cyber risks. Oversee cybersecurity audits, participate in penetration testing efforts, and ensure all findings are addressed in a timely manner. Provide training and awareness to internal/external stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices and compliance needs. We are looking for someone with… Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., IEC 62443 Expert, CISSP, CISM, GICSP) are a plus. 3–6 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably within high-voltage substations and other critical infrastructure. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443. Hands-on experience with network security tools, secure architecture design, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection systems. Deep understanding of OT (Operational Technology) and ICS/SCADA cybersecurity in the power energy sector. Experience in risk management for both IT and OT environments is highly advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Proactive, self-motivated, and well-organized. Willingness to travel globally. Advanced proficiency in English.
