If you're a professional seeking to elevate your career at a fast-growing, tech-driven entertainment company, we'd love to hear from youAs Legal Counsel, Commercial General, you will have (or develop) diverse legal skills and a great gut instinct in negotiating, reviewing and finalising commercial contracts, working as a business partner with regional business leads to enable Fever's continued growth as a leading entertainment platform. About the Role: Drafting / revising Portuguese and English language commercial contracts, terms and conditions, RFP submission documentation and similar legal documents Supporting commercial teams in the negotiation of deals and documents Researching legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors to prioritise and manage legal matters Assisting and participating in knowledge management and operational excellence within Legal, including by identifying the need for and participating in preparation of templates, guides, processes and similar documents and tools Participating in ongoing compliance functions and product advice as required  Upskilling, support, and growth of other team members About You: Be a practising lawyer with 5+ years of post-qualification experience working in a Portuguese-speaking jurisdiction. Professional fluency in Portuguese and English is essential, with proficiency in an additional language a strong plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence. Experience working on international projects or with global teams.
