Job Description
Join our dynamic Delivery Management team, where you'll drive success and mitigate risks through effective oversight and innovative processes, ensuring efficient project delivery for our valued customers. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll support leadership in managing delivery engagements, ensuring compliance, and driving improvement initiatives.
Your role
will involve implementing processes for consistent execution and protecting customer data. You'll be a coach and expert in core delivery systems, contributing to the success of high-risk opportunities. Together we do what matters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage delivery operations across a diverse project portfolio. Provide oversight to ensure projects meet established standards. Enable processes and tools for delivery intelligence and metrics tracking. Support leadership in decision-makin g and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with corporate standards in all delivery activities. Identify and mitigate potential delivery risks. Drive efficient project delivery for customers.
Qualification
Proficient in project management and delivery controls. Expertise in Work plan Management and Delivery Metrics. Strong analytical skills with tools like MS Project Server and Excel. Excellent business acumen and communication skills.
Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
Experience
in issue and risk management.
