Junior R&D Assistant – Nutrition

ROLE: Assist in researching market trends, consumer behavior, and innovation opportunities in the nutrition and supplements industry.Support the development and improvement of food supplement formulations with a focus on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.Participate in R&D projects aimed at optimizing existing products and exploring new ingredients or formats.Provide creative input to support innovation and portfolio expansion.Support laboratory testing, sensory analysis, and quality assurance procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with food safety standards.Maintain accurate technical documentation and project records. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.Good understanding of nutritional supplements and food science fundamentals.Familiarity with R&D and formulation processes.Basic laboratory and testing skills.Strong organizational and analytical skills.
