If you are passionate about Salesforce, eager to grow, and motivated to shape innovative CRM solutions, we would love to hear from you 1️⃣ Junior Salesforce Consultant Responsibilities: · Support configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, and workflows. · Assist in gathering business requirements and documenting user stories. · Perform data imports, updates, and basic reporting tasks. · Collaborate with senior consultants and developers during solution implementation. · Help maintain technical documentation and update configuration guides. · Stay informed about Salesforce releases and new features relevant to assigned tasks. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred. · 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years in an architect or senior technical role. · Expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Lightning, API integrations, and multi-cloud solutions. · Strong knowledge of integration patterns, middleware tools, and enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). · Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git). · Salesforce certifications (e.G., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) highly desirable. · Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
