Are you fluent in Dutch and English and ready to start a rewarding career in the vibrant city of Lisbon? Join a leading international insurance company and become a crucial part of our customer support team This is an on-site position based in our modern Lisbon office. We are looking for motivated individuals to provide exceptional service and support to our Dutch-speaking clientele. Start Date: January 8, 2026 Your Responsibilities: Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Information & Advice: Answer queries related to insurance policies, claims, coverage, and documentation with clarity and professionalism. Problem Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions within the company's systems. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience. Adherence to Standards: Maintain a deep understanding of company policies, procedures, and relevant insurance regulations. Essential Requirements (Must-Haves): Language Proficiency:Dutch: Fluent (written and spoken) - Native or C1/C2 equivalent. English: Business proficiency (B2 level minimum). Eligibility to Work: Valid documentation allowing you to work in Portugal:EU Citizenship Residency Card (must be valid for more than one year) Refugee Card Desirable Skills (Good to Have): Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or the insurance/financial sector is beneficial, but not mandatory. We are happy to train motivated candidates Soft Skills: Strong communication, active listening, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
