Job OverviewWe are seeking a meticulous and culturally adept German Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join a dynamic social media company in Sofia, Bulgaria. This pivotal role involves safeguarding online communities by identifying and mitigating harmful content and policy violations, ensuring a secure and positive user experience. If you are passionate about digital integrity and possess exceptional German language skills, this German-speaking job in Bulgaria is for you.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies
- Identify, investigate, and action policy-violating content, including hate speech, misinformation, spam, and other harmful material
- Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to interpret complex policy guidelines in the context of social media content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report emerging trends, policy loopholes, and user safety concerns
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in content moderation tasks
- Provide feedback on policy improvements and product enhancements based on observed trends and user behavior
- Engage with users or escalat complex cases as per defined protocols
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and trustworthy digital environment for millions of users
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is essential for this role
- Valid EU passport is mandatory
- A keen understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate findings clearly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
