Job OverviewWe are currently seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional for a Dutch Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst position in Bulgaria. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a world-class social media team, where you will play a critical role in maintaining digital integrity and fostering a safe online community for millions of users.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and moderate content on major social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, including hate speech, harassment, and misinformation, to maintain a safe digital environment.
- Collaborate with international teams to refine internal processes and enhance trust and safety policies.
- Investigate user reports and take appropriate action based on established platform protocols.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency while managing a high volume of content queues.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in social media safety and regional linguistic nuances relevant to the Dutch-speaking market.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss platform policy updates and operational improvements.
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Strong command of English for professional communication within the office.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in social media, content moderation, or customer experience is highly advantageous.
- Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and thrive in an international, multicultural work environment.
