Job Title:Multilingual Customer Engagement Specialist (Spanish + C1 English) – Onsite in Lisbon Location: Lisbon, Portugal About the Role: Are you a problem-solver with a passion for helping people? We're looking for a Customer Happiness Champion to join our vibrant team in Lisbon As the face and voice of our brand, you'll ensure every customer interaction is met with enthusiasm, care, and the best possible solution. What You'll Be Doing: Be the go-to support for our Spanish-speaking customers, answering questions, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. Use your stellar English skills to assist and communicate effectively with our global customer base. Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email, delivering a seamless experience across multiple channels. Transform customer complaints into opportunities, turning challenges into positive, lasting impressions. Document and track customer feedback, ensuring no detail is left behind. Collaborate with your awesome colleagues to improve service processes and share ideas to elevate the customer experience. Stay on top of product knowledge and company updates to offer the most current information and solutions. Who You Are: You speak Spanish like a native (C1 level or above) and are highly proficient in English (C1 level or above). You've got a proven track record in customer service or any role where helping people is key. You thrive on solving problems and love turning a frustrated customer into a loyal one. Your communication skills are top-notch, and you can connect with people quickly and effectively. You're a fast learner who loves staying on top of new technologies and processes.
