To integrate Nespresso's business, we are looking for aB2B Product Leadyou will own and manage the end-to-end process for the B2B product portfolio, which includes coffee, machines, and accessories. You will be responsible for adapting and implementing global launches and initiatives (IAP) to fit local market requirements and specific channel needs. We are waiting for youA DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN B2B PRODUCT LEADOwn and manage the B2B product category and portfolio (coffee, machines, accessories, services) Adapt and implement global product strategy and commercial value proposition for the local market. Monitor and optimize portfolio performance through pricing, promotions, rationalization, and competitive analysis using data insights. Conduct market and trend analysis to inform local strategy and marketing plans. Ensure product forecast accuracy in collaboration with CE&I and Operations/Supply Chain. Develop and communicate coffee expertise internally and externally. Own the Brand Experience and coordinate product packages across marketing teams. Translate and implement global product launches & themes to market needs Lead planning and execution of all permanent and non-permanent launches for coffee, machines, accessories, and services, ensuring alignment with departmental expertise and engaging key stakeholders across the organization. Plan and initiate market-specific local initiatives with RMM approval through global tools. Drive continuous improvement by leading pre- and post-evaluations of product launches.
